Charanon Ki Dasi is a 1959 Indian Bollywood film released on 1959. Gods ways are unpredictable. Only he knows his will. Since her childhood, she was devoted to the worship of the Lord. Who knew then that when this child grew up, she would have many miracles in her life! . Time flew quickly. Sakhu grew up into a charming maiden. Her parents were worried, for no family was prepared to have Sakhu as daughter-in- law. They said "we want a good daughter-in-law, not just a devotee." Her husband Mohan and her father-in-law Jagannath trembled at the sight of Ganga. And Sakhus Sister-in-law, Alka hated Sakhu as she intruded in her affair wiht Banke. . Sakhu was subjected to all kinds of tyranny and she suffered smilingly For she did not mind any suffering or hardship as long as she could worship Lord Krishna. But they objected to even her worship. Holding her Lord responsible for the famine, Ganga asked her to stoop worshi- ping.
