Shivamani is a 2009 Indian Kannada thriller, action film released on Jan 16, 2009. The film is directed by S K Amaranath, produced by Smt Shantha Jagannath Pai under banner named S J P Creations. A stale tale, the story begin with Shiva (Srimurali) who is a man of brains and brawn and true to his nature, he never fails to be the first one to stand when injustice happens. All this is happening in Bangalore where he is doing his graduation in college and this incurs the wrath of the local city don Naga (Prabhakar). Seeing his machismo, the pretty girl Preethi (Sharmila Mandre) falls for him and in no time, love happens. Meanwhile, a shocking truth hits Shiva that his father Subbanna (Avinash) is not actually his true father and he is an orphan. Shiva gets into the search of his parents and he has got a 'Mani' tied to his neck as his sole identification. Destiny comes to play and he manages to bump across them.
