Saveray Wali Gaadi is a 1985 Indian Bollywood film released on 1985. A high-caste girl Jyoti went to live with her married sister and fell in love with a barbers son named Ravi. The advanced caste took edception to this relation and ordered the barber to shave his son and take him a procession on a donkey as a punishement. The barber did so but committed suicide. Ravi migrated to a town and sent a word to Jyoti which, however, did not reach her.
