Prohor is a 2004 Indian Bengali drama film released on 2004. The film is directed by Subhadra Chowdhury, produced by Debjani Gupta , music composed by Chirodeep Dasgupta.

Prohar' is a narrative revolving around the relationship between a patient and a nurse. Nandita (Debashree Ray), one day encounters a case of bomb blast. The injured man lay in a state of coma. He was a criminal, who makes memories flash past her mind. This is the man who raped her six years ago, an incident which changed the course of har life. The event was a great shock to her father and he died. Nandita considered herself to be responsible for her father's death. Nandita, who lives a gloomy life with her mother and sister, plans a perfeet revenge but fails to enact it. She had planned to cut the oxegen supply, when the patient regained consciousness. She even donated her blood to the patient. However the doctor issues the clinical death of the patient. The criminal dies a medical death repents his crime. Nandita too realizes and suffers the dilemma of crime and punishment. Days pass by. The fire of vengeance dies down. She seems to be a changed person now.
