Praner Cheye Priyo 1998

Praner Cheye Priyo is a 1998 Indian Bengali drama film released on 1998. The film is directed by Swapan Saha.

Satyanarayan lives in a happy family with his wife Laxmi, brother Suman and sister Sumana. Satyanarayan is a step brother of Suman and Sumana. As Suman and Sumana are young Laxmi looks after them. Day by day Suman and Sumana grow up. One day unfortunately Laxmi has to face a criminal named Raja and saves Raja from the police. Raja bows down his head to Laxmi, after feeling Laxmi’s greatness of mind as mother. Raja starts to respect her. On the other side, Chaiti, a girl seeking a job meets a businessman named Bibhash Chowdhury. Bibhash Chowdhury gives her a job asking bond of her sister Baisakhi’s life. Bibhas wants to take revenge on Laxmi with the help of Chaiti.He wants to destroy Laxmi’s happy family due to Laxmi’s rejection of Bibhash 15 years ago. According to Bibhash's plan Chaiti pretends to love Suman and Sumana. Ultimately Suman marries Chaiti. Raja is a changed person now and falls in love with Sumana. Chaiti creates problems. Satyanarayan has to leave his house with Laxmi and Sumana, because of a false charge of theft. Raja gives them shelter. After getting free from Bibhash's bond Chaiti informs all about Bibhash's plan. The family unite and sends Bibhash to police custody. Raja unites with Sumana. Again a new happy family comes up.
