Naaraaz is a 1994 Indian Bollywood costume drama, action, drama film released on Aug 19, 1994. The film is directed by Mahesh Bhatt, produced by Mukesh Bhatt under banner named Videsh Films, music composed by Anu Malik.

Rich author Ajay Pandit betrays angry and indigent Deva is the one who lives in the nearby skidded with his widower dad. After the two men getting up, Ajay falls in liking with Sonali, while Deva continues to live a life of poverty. After the local Pooja poisons edible water, leading to many killings, Deva slaps him up, and is rewarded. Shortly after this, Deva himself will be on the carrying from the police; his dad will be jailed for possession of arms and ammo; and Ajay will find himself handcuffed and prosecuted for hiding Deva. Ajay and Deva are doomed to meet again ­ not as buddies ­ but as adversary.
