Mumbai-founded Raju (Rajpal Yadav) energies a beat-up auto-rickshaw, lives with his wife, Seema (Divya Dutta), an accepted son, Babu, and capitalizes in lotto tickets much to the humiliation of Seema who recurrently looms to kill herself by hopping under a train. When he efforts to safe fee for Babu in Bata Ryan School, he is not only declined but also chastened by the Major. Eager to safeguard a dressed schooling for Babu, as well as recover their existence, he chooses to enter into an auto-rickshaw competition that will get the champion Rs.10 Lakhs - completely conscious that his auto-rickshaw may not live up to this contest. Even after he finds out that the competition, prearranged by a gangster called Veerubhai, who previously has him in his evil books, may be 'fixed', he is strong-minded to win. Things will not at all go his method when his rickshaw gets run-over by a truck and he may end up not only never captivating share in the competition but also being bound to take up a new line of work overall.
