Jugaad 2009

Jugaad is a 2009 Indian Bollywood comedy, drama film released on Feb 13, 2009. The film is directed by Anand Kumar, produced by Sandeep Kapoor.

Juggad is based on the real life incident story of the changes in lives of people who had to face the MCD ceilings done by government in New Delhi. The movie makes strong comments on the government policies and culture that troubles people to make their living difficult, and shows that how sometime government plans and procedure make happy lives of people difficult.
MCD plans to initiate its ceiling procedure in Delhi and locks the doors of an advertising agency. The lives of people dependent in the advertising company get difficult after the ceiling starts. The CEO and workers associated to the company try to find an alternative to restart their agency and they contact the property dealer in Delhi.
As the process of reinstalling advertising company starts the owner of the company makes contact with the brokers and many other connected people associated to the procedure is shown in the movie The corruption prevalent with the politicians and others involved in the ceiling processes is shown .The movie shows how people go for Jugaad (alternative ways) to make a living when all the option is closed by the government
Worst happens when the man losses all after making all the Jugaad and he along with his team of people has to struggle for living. The CEO of the advertisement company Sanddeep Kapur has not only to make a living for him but for all the people who are employed with the advertisement company. He has to keep up with his standard of living.
The lead protagonist in the movie keeps up with his struggles and makes many Jugaad to finally renew his advertisement agency. The story of the movie is a a real life story of a CEO of an advertising company, who is the producer of the film, himself.

Sandip Kapoor (Manoj Bajpai) is the owner of a successful ad agency which he has built from scratch. One day he goes to office and finds out that his office has been sealed by the municipality. He protests with his employees but it is in vain. His world comes crashing down. His forced to rent a different place (place having no electricity and water) as his office for the time being. His friend and associate Murli (Vijay Raaz) tries to do various kinds of ways to get things done in their favor, but it is vain. He goes in disguise to the municipality and meets the commissioner and even offers him bribe and tries to wine and dine him, but when the commissioner comes to know about his real intentions, he is thrown out. Sandip comes to know about this and he is furious. Even he tries to get the commissioner on his side in the same way, but he meets the same fate. The commissioner decides to send bulldozers to Sandip’ office to pull it down. Sandip spots certain mistakes in his file he had got from the commissioner and he shows this to his lawyer and a case is filed. On the day of demolition, just before it is to begin, Sandip’s lawyer arrives there with a stay order. The demolition is stalled and Sandip gets back his office.
