Hi Vaat Jeevanachi is a 2012 Indian Marathi drama film released on Nov 02, 2012. The film is directed by Harbans Sidhu, produced by Sarabjit Sidhu under banner named Maxor Movies.
The story moves around an old grieving couple Savitri and Sridhar Deshpande who has lost their only boy in an accident and has perished to this pain forever. Shridhar however is crabbed that his several attempts have failed to bring Savitri out of her despair and have her redemption, which are only created because of her own conservative set of beliefs and habits. Until one day he meets a visitor named Shalaka, who is on her way to commit self-killing. He stops her at the last minute and brings her back to his house where her story spread. After learning that she is expecting and her life's scenarios, slowly Savitri starts to realize the essential role of human relationships and revives herself to the world again and as Shridhar clashes with what he sees outside in the society and how parental bonds are being shattered, through his close buddies he starts a foster home "home for buddies" to deal with such issues. In defining himself he finally accomplishes in showing this true path of life to his beau Savitri through a newfound daughter-like bond with Shalaka.
