The story is about Sameer. He is an It profession and he falls in love with a nurse named Teena. Then after this, they are married and they live happily. But, things change suddenly after an event and the story takes unexpected turns. Sameer(Asif Ali) an IT Professional working in Bangalore falls in love with Teena(Miya), a nurse by profession. Later they married each other and lives a peaceful life. Once an intriguing event occurs in their life with the unexpected intrusion of Tony(Lal) form the plot of Hi I am Tony.
