Hameshaa is a 1997 Indian Bollywood romance film released on Sep 12, 1997. The film is directed by Sanjay Gupta, produced by G. P. Sippy , music composed by Anu Malik.

Two close buddies, Yash and Raja share a passion for cars and charming women. Both come from different families, while Yash is rich, Raja belongs to a poor family. Raja clashes with Reshma, who is visiting a nearby college, and falls in deep love with her. Reshma eventually also falls in deep love with him. When Yash clashes Reshma, he also falls in love with her. When Yash finds out that Reshma likes Raja, he has both of them tragically parted. Several years after, Raja is rebirth as Raju, Reshma is rebirth as Rani Sharma, and Yash is rebirth as Yash Vardhan. And then the three form a love triangle in their next birth, but will this birth to end tragically for the two lovers, is a tragedy only the future can answer
