Story
It is the story of Dacoit Jarnail Singh (Sunil Dutt) who sees Chameli Jaan (Waheeda Rahmaan) at the time of a dacoity and abducts her and marries her. The police attack increases and they run for their life . In the mean time they have a son. Then Chameli Jaan asks Jarnail Singh not to kill anyone or not to do any other crime and he also experiences the happiness in saving a man's life. He changes a lot. They try their best to police off their back and live a normal life but fail. Finally, Jarnail Singh decides to surrender himself to police. But will life give a second chance to Jarnail?
