Tiger is a mastermind of a criminal to destroy India with the help of foreign powers. The Government of India deputes Agent 303 liquidate his gang. The agent is helped in their mission by Kavita. Tiger imports Suziana from Italy to help him in his design but she turns out to be the twins sister of Kavita.
