Appu and Pappu 2010

Appu and Pappu is a 2010 Indian Kannada costume drama, kids film released on Sep 17, 2010. The film is directed by Ananta Raju, produced by Soundarya Jagadish. The story revolves around Deepa (Rekha) who goes to Cambodia on official work with her son Appu (Master Snehith). There she meets her estranged husband -- Ramesh (Abbas) -- who works as a hotel manager. The story takes a curious turn when Appu decides to bring his parents together. In this effort he is helped by Jothish Chan (Rangayana Raghu) and Pappu (orangutan). There is a new twist in the story when Appu is kidnapped from an airport and a gang headed by Konanakeri (Raju Thalikote) is desperate to grab a toy car Appu was playing with.
