Shraddhanjali is a 1993 Indian Bengali drama,family,romance film released on 1993. The film is directed by Srikanta Guhathakurta, produced by Bandana Das.

Amit belongs to a middle class family and lives with his father, elder brother Sumit and Sumit’s wife. He is an educated person but has no job. Swati, Amit’s lover for 8 years also belongs to a middle class family and stays with her mother. Amit gets the job of a private tutor for Bobby, daughter of Ranjan Banerjee, a rich person. Boby falls in love with Amit without knowing about Swati. Ranjan Banerjee, Bobby’s father also seeks to have Amit as his son-in-law, Bobby’s husband. Ranjan Banerjee offers Amit, besides being Bobby's private tutor, to be an employee of his company. When Swati comes to know the intention of Bobby and her family, she decides to sacrifice her love for Amit’s better future. She loves Amit from the bottom of her heart. But after knowing the relation of Amit and Swati, especially Swati’s sacrifice for Amit, Bobby decides to reunite the two lovers, Amit and Swati. She and her family, arrange the wedding programme of Amit with Swati. After their wedding, Bobby sacrifices her life by commiting suicide.
